Sprout & Grind Organics serves commercial food manufacturers, food service operators, and licensed resellers. Please confirm which of the following documents you will be submitting with this application.

⚠ Payment Terms — Please Read Carefully
- Accepted Payment Methods: ACH (Automated Clearing House) bank transfer or domestic/international wire transfer ONLY.
- No Credit Cards or Checks: Credit cards, checks, and money orders are not accepted under any circumstances.
- No Credit Terms: Sprout & Grind Organics does not offer Net-30, Net-60, or any deferred payment arrangement.
- Payment Before Shipment: Orders will not be processed, picked, or shipped until payment is received and confirmed in full.
- Banking Instructions: Wire transfer and ACH details are provided upon order confirmation. Do not send payment without instructions.
- Returned ACH Fee: A $35 fee applies to any returned ACH transaction. Future orders may require wire transfer only.
- Pricing: All prices are subject to change. The invoice amount at time of order confirmation governs payment.

Product Use
Wholesale products are for resale, commercial food production, or food service use only. Products may not be marketed as "organic" unless the purchasing business holds a valid USDA Organic certification.
Pricing Confidentiality
Wholesale pricing provided by Sprout & Grind Organics is confidential and must not be shared with third parties or posted publicly in any form.
Order Minimums
No minimum order quantities are required. However, pricing tiers and availability are subject to lot size and available inventory.
Returns & Disputes
All sales are final once shipment departs. Claims for shortages, damage, or quality issues must be submitted in writing within 5 business days of delivery, with photos and carrier notations.
Organic Integrity & Compliance
The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all applicable labeling, regulatory, and food safety requirements in their jurisdiction. Certificates of Analysis are available upon request.
Account Inactivity
Accounts with no purchase activity for 18 consecutive months may be administratively closed. Reactivation requires a new application.
Account Information Changes
The account holder is responsible for notifying Sprout & Grind Organics in writing of any changes to business name, ownership, address, tax ID, or contact information.
